At ShyroCare, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and product photos.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
